何睿銘大律師於2023年完成實習後加入本所。何大律師實習期師從李冠雄大律師、林芷瑩大律師、張靈勤大律師、及林樂夫大律師；期後何大律師亦於延伸實習期師從蘇信恩大律師。何大律師除了擁有廣泛的民事及刑事業務，他亦對破產/輕判、建築/仲裁、家事法、精神健康相關的申請、專業疏忽、及訟費評定等案件有涉獵。何大律師經常於原訟法庭、區域法院、及裁判法院中以獨任大律師或協理大律師身份辦案。
何大律師在模擬法庭及辯論比賽中經驗豐富，並自大學年代已執教不同的辯論隊及模擬法庭隊伍。
執業以外，何大律師也熱衷於學術研究，亦曾於學術研討會中發表有關人工智能如何應用在法律業務中。何大律師也自2023年起被香港樹仁大學委任為兼職講師，執教公司法。
